March 10th 2019 - Interclub hilly series
The interclub hilly series which Derek Tunstall of KVRC ran for a lot of years and was started again in 2015
The aim back in 2015 was for anyone who rode to get points so it’s not just about who wins, I do understand this favours clubs which have lots of Riders. I asked this year for comments on this and most comments were in favour of leaving it as it is everyone to count. So you don’t have to have the fancy bikes and hats to get points for your club. So everyone counts no matter how fast or slow you are.
Part of the attraction is also riding courses which you would not normally ride.
There are 4 events in this year’s series and Beacon Wheelers have joined the series making 1 event in each area.
Entering opens please ask if you have any questions.
